Online Waiver

Awesome! So glad you’ve decided to climb with us. There is just one last step. You are required to complete the online waiver form. You may submit the online version before your visit. Your waiver is valid at both locations for one year.

You must be at least 18 to complete the form. Minors are required to have the form completed by a parent or court-appointed legal guardian.
