WHAT CAN I DO ONLINE?
All members are welcome to update their contact or billing information using the form below.
EFT members (recurring monthly bill) can freeze, un-freeze, or cancel your membership online.
Annual prepaid members can un-freeze online at any time. You may freeze your annual membership starting on the 15th of the month. If selecting a day other than the 15th you will need to call us at (505) 341-2016.
WHAT CAN’T I DO ONLINE?
All prepaid memberships are not eligible for online cancellations. One-month and student memberships are not eligible to freeze their membership at any time. Return requests must be discussed with the Billing Coordinator or a manager. Please call (505) 341-2016 for more information or questions.
$0 During the COVID-19 Closure. $5/month Freezing Fee: EFT and annual members can freeze their membership for $5 per month. EFT members pay the freeze fee each month. Annual members pay the accumulated freeze fee at the time of un-freezing and will need to be paid at the front desk. If EFT members wish to un-freeze their membership today, they will be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle (the 15th of the month). You will see the prorated amount on your next monthly bill or you can pay the amount at the front desk prior to the following 15th.
$25 EFT Initiation Fee: If you have the EFT and are planning a trip for less than 4 months and intend to come back and climb, we suggest freezing your membership instead of canceling. That way you don’t pay the $25 initiation fee when you return.
